Hotel Heera Residency

The rooms are very small, WiFi does not work, even the staff is not very professional and on top of all these they do not allow outside food. Although food at their own restaurant is good enough.

I had one of the worst experiences staying at Hotel HEERA Residency and would not recommend it to anyone. I regularly travel for work and typically stay 7–10 days a month in various hotels. This time, my stay at HEERA Residency, Bhopal, was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the room I was given was much smaller than what was shown in the images on their website. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation. Despite booking a "Luxury Room," there was absolutely no difference between the Luxury, Deluxe, and Executive rooms—except the price. Charging extra for a luxury room that offers nothing additional is unacceptable. Breakfast was supposedly included in my booking, but no one informed me about it. They didn’t even bother to call or remind me. This happened on two separate occasions. For a hotel that claims to offer decent service, this level of communication is disappointing. Additionally, I checked out two hours late while waiting for someone to pick me up. As every hotel provide late checkout if available, I requested not to be charged, yet I was billed 30% extra. There was no prior mention of late checkout charges, which should have been clearly communicated at the time of check-in. To top it off, the behavior of the staff—especially at the front desk—was unprofessional and rude. They lacked basic customer service skills and seemed to have an unnecessary attitude. The hotel seriously needs to invest in training or hiring more professional and courteous staff. Overall, it was a very bad experience, both in terms of accommodation and service. There are definitely better properties available in Zone-2, Bhopal. I would recommend exploring other options.

The stay was great, food at anmol restaurant and the saffron sky restaurant is amazing. Moreover, cleaning staff is also very humble and good. It is safe for women as well.

it was a good experience, The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Especially the old person who handles the Buffe breakfast had amazing hospitality skills just giving 5 due to him

Did not enjoy the stay at all. The wc was very dirty, covered in yellow and black waste. We called the housekeeping person, who apparently told as that it is ‘clean’. We then pushed him to clean more and even after that the commode was quite disgusting. He also used the same mop to clean the toilet and the room floor. Bed sheets also had yellow marks on them.

Our stay in he-era residency was very nice. Location is near to all tourist points. Staff is very polite and helpful. I have not tried food in hotel, but 2, 3 best options for breakfast and lunch were on walking distance. Local transportation is convenient by auto. Better to use ola.

The location was in the centre of the city and the services they offered were very good and fitting my needs .

The hotel location is good as it is near the main city area and new market. The check in process was smooth and not much trouble. However, the room is very cramped and was not at all ventilated. No window to the room and fills suffocate if the ac is not on. The room was clean however the bedding is not fresh and has permanent yellow stains. The ac was just blowing cold air and not at all heating or maintaining temperature. The toilet was clean with provision of hot water. The breakfast do not have many options and oily food is the main item of the breakfast. The tea was great. Overall, service is good but infrastructure wise it is lacking or unable to meet the expectations. Overall, i will not stay here again and also will not recommend others to stay.

Room is little bit small but over all hotel is gud and food is also gud.
