My hotel was booked for three days. I found the hotel okay for two days and on the third day the hotel was absolutely dirty. My room was completely messed up and my dhoti was in a mess. I was feeling guilty after seeing it and at what time I reached there, I still felt guilty. I don't know about the guys who came for room service, it's a very dirty after talking to them I think they should improve.

coupleWe had a three night's stay at vinncent. The location is at the center of the city, close to new market. Parking space is enough for this size of the hotel. The buffet breakfast has limited variety but the taste is good. However some items were too spicy for us. Guests should be informed about b'fast timings at the time of check in. Once we arrived at 7. 40 am and we were told that it will start at 8. 00 am only. There's one vincent cafe on the gf, we went there with our guest and waited for about 20 mins but no staff turned up to take our order. Perhaps this is not operational! food quality is ok but a little spicy. Rooms are compact. Executive room with 240 sft mentioned space also looks a bit congested. Wash room is also a bit congested. House keeping staff not guest friendly. When complained about tv not working, we were given instructions on phone itself, how to get it working!
