Vincent staff were very helpful and courteous. We had a comfortable stay. The room service for food was a little slow otherwise we had a pleasant stay!

it was a great stay in the vincent inn hotel. The location was good and all the amenities were amazing. The staff was good and the receptionist was very comparative and understanding overall it was a best stay.

My hotel was booked for three days. I found the hotel okay for two days and on the third day the hotel was absolutely dirty. My room was completely messed up and my dhoti was in a mess. I was feeling guilty after seeing it and at what time I reached there, I still felt guilty. I don't know about the guys who came for room service, it's a very dirty after talking to them I think they should improve.

Do not do 5% discount type fraud. Don't do this fraud

One of the excellent hotel I have come across through MMT. The cooperation from the staff starting from reception to room service was excellent. The room was very clean and tidy. The food was excellent. I loved the hotel.

Unhigenic short room as compare to picture loudly voice ditrabance till afterwords midnight highly charged as compared to accommodate etc.

smoking: non-smoking rooms should be separate; the hotel needs to ask for room preference: smoking or non-smoking, as the smell of a smoker doesn't go away easily. rates of foods are very high as compared to quality and taste.

We had a three night's stay at vinncent. The location is at the center of the city, close to new market. Parking space is enough for this size of the hotel. The buffet breakfast has limited variety but the taste is good. However some items were too spicy for us. Guests should be informed about b'fast timings at the time of check in. Once we arrived at 7. 40 am and we were told that it will start at 8. 00 am only. There's one vincent cafe on the gf, we went there with our guest and waited for about 20 mins but no staff turned up to take our order. Perhaps this is not operational! food quality is ok but a little spicy. Rooms are compact. Executive room with 240 sft mentioned space also looks a bit congested. Wash room is also a bit congested. House keeping staff not guest friendly. When complained about tv not working, we were given instructions on phone itself, how to get it working!

Cleanliness is questionable and tariff is heigh.
