very worst experience ever. don't book any non-reputed hotels through any app. better to visit at hotel .check the room and book if you satisfied, other room images and amenities mentioned in app would not match

Terrible experience. Hotel refused my booking by saying that they have changed their tie-up and there is no such booking in my name. Even though i paid in advance.

Room was totally different what it was on the images. Very very bad experience till date in my life. Service and behaviour is also not good.

I had booked the hotel by paying full amount in advance. But when i reached the hotel i was told that there is no room booked in your name, i called customer care several times, they used to put my phone on hold, after waiting for 2 hours and making 8 calls, i got a room with great difficulty. So i would like to tell you that do not book hotel from this app, otherwise you will be upset. And yes the behavior and services of the hotel staff is even worse.
