first I booked my room for three days...3-6 th .Then I noticed that rooms were not cleaned and AC was not working properly..The room staff didn't come even to clean the rooms.. secondly coming to food..Food is very costly in this hotel compared to other restaurants..I have ordered food for two days...I was charged 1100 rs..The food quality was not good as per price... Now coming to third point...The behaviour of hostel staffs are very bad..Even clearing the food bill, one of the staff accused me falsely that I had not paid 40rs...So unprofessional and rude behaviour from hostel staffs.

businessThe washroom was very bad. It was used. There was urine dripping all around. There were cockroaches all around the room. There was no complimentary water or tea either. Front office staff!the behaviour is very bad. This hotel is not worthy.

They change more then enough for the room when you book a room be careful they show wrong room details accordingly they actual. And clean was average. If you want a room in that area there are many other options are available like sarthak hotel i stay in that hotel with my family they provide good services compare to that worst hotel.

Room clean nhi tha, room sarvice jesa kuch nhi hai waha. bed sheet, bed bhi clean nhi karte hain, Room me sye smell a rahi thi, Unsafe hotel lag raha tha, late check out Karne par bhi pura Charge kar lete hain. Helpful nhi hai chackout time hone par extra charges laga dete hai extra time nhi dete hain. Room with breakfast book Kiya tha, breakfast nhi diya. Uper sye extra charges dena padha. Agar morning me jaldi jana hai to hotel staff breakfast nhi deta hai.. Very unprofessional Staff. Unprofessional Staff hai, waste of money 💵. Very Disappointed. 😔

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 9. 30am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Invoice issue

As mentioned room rent was rs +taxes, but i am not getting this invoice. It would be a complete loss to me as for rent above rs 1000 gst is mandatory. Despite providing employer gst number i couldn't get gst invoice. So i humbly request you to kindly send me rs +gst bill as soon as possible.

familyit is a typical Oyo hotel where rooms are very dirty and people are drunk and always partying here. staff was cooperative but not recommended for family stays. beware the rooms are very dirty and doesn't look like the images at all.
