we have been staying here since 10 years and feel very comfortable thank you so much for your good services

The breakfast was really bad limited options in the buffet and washroom is not maintained properly,

location & food excellent amenities good.location is prime.surounded by excellent market.staff good

very very very bed hotel lift not working room not clean service poor dont go this hotel............. save your money

Overall good but food expensive like 4 star hotel , parking very difficult in day times , old toilets , less toiletaries and towels etc

in the room neither tv working nor telephone working properly, matters was in very pathetic condition and receptionist Mr sajjan behaviour was so rude and suspicious in property term and condition.....

Location good, Services too bad , staff not cooperative and not understand of customer problems. Early checking issues No toilet amenities even basic items Photo not available becuase my mobile switch offdue to some charging issue

Overall good stay, nice location, rooms are small but ok, extra bed is waste very uncomfortable but food and restaurant were good, near to railway station and market

Stay was excellent, clean room with tioletries, and coffee andvtea arrangements. Overall very good stay

Sarthak hotel has excellent staff. It's very clean wifi and tv service is great. Only one thing, the bed needs updating to a good foam mattress.

Hotel sarthak is centrally located, and i stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are quite spacious and kept clean. The staff are friendly. Though i didn't have my food in the hotel, they do have a good restaurant. I enjoyed my lunch and dinner in the opposite hotel, indian coffee house, which is truly recommendable.

Arrogant receptionist. I would not choose and recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. I checked in around 10 pm. I was travel-ling with 1. 5 year old baby and asked receptionist if he can manage my check out by 1 pm instead of 12 pm but seems he was least concerned on situation with travel along with little baby.

Overall experience was average. Bathrooms need to be more clean. Food was average. Breakfast was only thing which is above average.

Average hotel with pretty average stuff. Food is unnecessarily over priced with not that good quality. Rooms are also pretty old and average.

I recently spent 2 nights at hotel sarthak and had an incredible experience! from the moment i arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The check-in process was seamless, and the room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I loved the modern decor and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room. The hotel's location was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Overall, i highly recommend hotel sarthak to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and exceptional stay. I'll definitely be back! 5 stars isn't enough - i'd give it 10 stars if i could!

Location was good. Check in was easy and ritesh at front desk was very helpful and accommodating as well about my request for late check out. Will recommend hotel sarthak to anyone.
