Dear Mr. Raol, Your wife checked in to our hotel, and had no problem with the hotel in itself, the rooms were in prestine condition as we were preparing for the event conducted at NRI school and were spotless, Your wife went outside the property during late night and ended up thinking it was not safe. Bhopal is a city which sleeps during the night and their is no crowd(except on vip road), We had other solo female guests accompanying their children at the hotel as well, No one has ever complained to us about this. We also refunded your payment for the duration your wife did not stay, as we believe in fair business and put our guest’s wishes first. However if you felt that we wronged you in someway, we apologize to have made you feel that way, Please know that it was your wives perspective is not representative of the property but for the fear of travelling alone that she has and we believe it does not do justice to the Hotel and its staff.
