Stay was comfortable Extended checkout time allowed. Cleanliness Good Food : Same Menu all days in Dinner. Should have different menu. No choice of selection. Next time I will prefer Room only option. Door Bell not working. Staffs are cooperative.

Service Theek Nahi Hai

Before we checked in, we had already called the hotel and requested a hygienic room. They assured us that hygiene was well maintained. However, when we entered the room, it was in a terrible condition — even the pillow covers were torn, and the washroom was not clean. When we complained about this, they asked us to wait for some time and took around 30 minutes to provide another room. Because of this delay, I missed my meeting, and my guests were also very uncomfortable with the situation.

Secure and central location, tasty food, good neat and tidy and spacious room (opted for superior and deluxe room), provided with chair table sofa and city road view window, large window with no panes, toilet is hygenic and clean, water and electrical backup present

Stay was warm hotel was designed beautifully, ambience is cozy, and hotel is maintained really well. clean sheet towel. room are comfy and clean. staff behaviour was helping and location is very good just opposite to Bansal Hospital, Slight parking issue is there due to Bansal visitors park in the hotel lane, however hotel Gaurd help us with the car parking.
