felt quite useless
The hotel staff refused to give me toothpaste. There was no toothpaste and brush. The bedroom and bedsit were very dirty and a lot of bad smell was coming. The room was not clean..food was listed on the menu card.

cleanliness in hotel is very poor,smell is coming from room ,when I reached hotel I asked bislery water he told that now kitchen is closed so can provide only RO water , service is also poor ,Please review or do surprised visit than only tiup such type hotel ,they are destroying brand value

Worst room service ever
Room service is very bad, no drinking water and cutlery was placed in the room nor provided even after following up with the reception for 4 times. Only 1 towel was inside for 2 pax where it is clearly mentioned 2 pax at the time of booking, when requested then also not provided

Not worth 4start rating
Room, location is ok but hotel doesn’t have safe car parking space. Need to park at owners risk and room service is also not available round the clock. Wasted 1 hr just to get a cup of tea in morning.

It is located in the center of bhopal but the place is located in the slum area in front of the hotel which gives you a negative feeling about the area, The reception persons are also not so professional in their work,, The premises look quite premium so are the rooms but they are using dirty and smelly bedsheets, towels for use , which gives you a pathetic experience,toilet is also very small, you can't use it properly. ac was working, hot water is there The service is good The decoration of the rooms is also very nice. the biggest No for this hotel is that I face a parking issue, they don't have a proper parking facility, we need to park on our own. food was good

Poor Stay
We stayed there triple beded room. Reaching there when go for bathing using soap etc found shower no water, needed to wait 30 mins inside bath room. Subsequently in the next also i found such problems. No cleaner boy came during 5 days stay in the room.
