Review Of RK Regency

I stayed in this hotel on 8th August 2025 by seeing a good review from some user but it was very bad experience. Room size was good but basic hygiene was missing. Washroom flushing system was not working, intercom was not working, Water kettle was not working and it was not cleaned properly.It was having 4 star rating but it doesn’t deserve 2 star also. Bad experience in short stay of 5 hours in hotel room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

They even charges for bathroom slippers. I have not experienced this before. In bathroom toilet jet away from the pot location that you will feel how can someone think of it to put it that far from pot. Hotel look nice from the outside but facility wise I don't find it good.

I dont know about the other reviews maybe from drunk angry relatives of wedding parties . But I found the stay and the staff highly professional. I har recently shifted to Bhopal and had to stay in the hotel for 10 days or so. Highly professional service and highly recommended

Location is near airport. Felt bad odour in all gallaries of 2nd floor including rooms. Staff is good.

I recently stayed at hotel rk regency, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the roof top resturant was fantastic.

Only issue was that bathing area was next to the wash basin. Also at times water was leaking from the flush, as a result flush could not be used. Thank you

Hotel is good and service is also great. Good food taste. The interior of room is also good. Location is nice near raja bhoj city lake

I found the hotel suitable for my visit at bhopal. The hotel staff was very promp and professional. Full value for money

The property is good and the staff are very helpful the food is also good, the location is out of the city, they charge rs 50 for a bathroom sleeper(deapposable)

there was a completely unpleasant smell on 1st floor in all the guest rooms, terrible staying experience, food quality was excellent

The hotel facilities and amenities were excellent, but an incident with the staff left a very negative impression. My friend, who also had a booking at the hotel, came over to my room for a brief visit. My reservation was for one person, but within five minutes, i received a call from the reception stating that they noticed another person in my room through the security camera. The receptionist, rather than approaching the matter politely, spoke to me in an unprofessional and accusatory tone, insisting that i take accountability for the situation. After i clarified the circumstances, they mentioned they would verify the details and get back to me. Despite seeming confident in their assessment, they never followed up, leaving the matter unresolved and creating an uncomfortable experience. The first words from the receptionist were, "sir, aapke room mein jo madam hai, vo kyun hai? hum aapko camera se dekh rah e hai" this tone and approach were both intrusive and unprofessional, overshadowing what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

The hotel at the prime place, that's the only good thing about the hotel. Think twice before staying here, reception is very slow, laggy, cunning person. The room is quite ok but pest friendly. Tv not working/towels missing hand towel missing and so on. Toilet flushes not working. No hot water for the shower in the early morning. Totally hectic stay.

Nice and peaceful stay. Good and polite staff. Very good food and room service. Wonderful stay at rk regency.
