Room is too small. Not proper clean. Lift is not working. They gave me room on 4th floor and i have to go up and down by stairs with luggage.

I haven't clicked any pictures. First of all about toilet, some body used the toilet and they hadn't cleaned it, i mean the closet it's full of fecal matter. Room is also untidy.
