Location was very bad slum area just at entrance of hotel,staff was very rude ,everything may it be tap or card to open room was either not functioning well or broken.we have not provided even a single good service moreover the staff was too rude in behaviour, &charged 35 rs for a mineral water bottle on which mrp 30 was written (packed for hotel)while in market cost of bisleri bottle is just 18/_.I would not suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Location was very bad, people around the property were very . Hotel staff charged over for water bottles and no water was provided free by them, bed sheets were old and dirty. No proper parking. In my opinion if fab hotel is a brand they should focus on location and parking also the atmosphere

The hotel staff refused to give me toothpaste. There was no toothpaste and brush. The bedroom and bedsit were very dirty and a lot of bad smell was coming. The room was not clean..food was listed on the menu card.

Room service is very bad, no drinking water and cutlery was placed in the room nor provided even after following up with the reception for 4 times. Only 1 towel was inside for 2 pax where it is clearly mentioned 2 pax at the time of booking, when requested then also not provided
