Terrible Stay
My stay here was extremely disappointing. The room was unhygienic – I found used condom packets in the drawer, cigarette butts in the bathroom, no hot water, the TV was not working, and the curtains were shabby and torn. When I asked about the TV, the staff casually said “all TVs in the hotel are not working”, and regarding hot water, they replied “we don’t provide hot water at all.” Such responses show complete negligence towards guests’ comfort. This place is definitely not suitable for families. Thankfully, MakeMyTrip promptly shifted me to another hotel, which was a much better experience.

actually it was a very poor experience for me. they are not supportive at all. they have taken high charges for early check in. In room ac is not working, they don't care about kettle and at least mug for coffee. not arrange room

Pathetic experience, fab and this hotel is complete opposite, no facility at all- lift was not operational, tv was not working, no kettle, water drainage issue and alot more! Plus, hotel staff was worst nightmare. We ordered tea and after keeping us in wait they said they can’t give tea. I feel so bad booking this. Makemytrip was worst choice no quality support from your end as well.

first the location map of the hotel on mmt app is wrong second the contact details given on mmt app is some IVRS number which did not have any info about my booking third the hotel rooms are shabby flush not working, dirty linens, irresponsible staff fourth had to change 3 rooms fifth hotel manager was least bothered absolute terrible stay...checked out one day before

POOR SERVICE
ONLY IM 15 MINUTES LATE FRONT DESK ASKING FOR LATE CHECK OUT CHARGES 300 RUPEES. ONLY 15 MINUTES AND WHEN WE CHECKED IN YESTER BESIDES HEAVING EMPTY ROOMS HE DEMANDED FOR 600 RUPEES FOR EARLY CHECKIN. AND WATER IN THE BATHROOM WAS NOT COMING WE ASKED IT FOR SEVERAL TIMES UPTO 3 HOURS TO RUN WATER. AND MANY TIMES FOR DRINKING WATER. THEY DOES NOT HAVE ANY RESTAURANT. OUR BREAKFAST WAS NOT COMING WE CALLED THEM TO SERVE US. ENTERCOM TELEPHONE FACILITY ALSO NOT AVAILABLE

I was looking for hotels near by ISBT bhopal when I searched for hotels trip I find OM place hotel it's distance shows 1.6 km from ISBT So I booked that hotel but when I go to visit that hotel From ISBT it's distance from ISBT is very far 17-18 km when I know that I can't go there bcz of very far distance from my bus boarding spot in mean time I have to look for another hotel instead of it they bcz of their fake distance I faced many difficulties and even they didn't return my money plz if your location is too far from our choosing point didn't show your fake location plz show your real location so we don't have to face this kind of difficulty anymore

AC not working they asked to change room in mid night. New room provided was very dirty and smelly. No water in morning. Very bad experience. Staff not supportive. Only food at rooftop is good

Skyline Grand exceeded expectation
The Skyline Grand exceeded expectations from check‑in to checkout. Staff greeted us warmly, offered iced tea, and whisked our luggage upstairs. Our deluxe corner room was spotless, with floor‑to‑ceiling windows framing a glittering cityscape and a cloud‑soft king bed. Housekeeping refreshed towels and chocolates daily without intrusion. Breakfast dazzled: flakey croissants, fresh mango, barista‑quality lattes. The rooftop infinity pool, though small, provided magical sunset views, and attendants promptly delivered plush towels and chilled water. Only quibble: elevator wait times during peak hours. Overall, thoughtful service, refined décor, and prime location justify the premium rates. We left already planning a return.

I had an amazing experience at this budget hotel. The room was simple but very clean, with all the essential amenities. The staff made sure I was comfortable and even helped me arrange local transport. The location was fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for more given the price. I would definitely stay here again
