Service was very good at hotel staff was coperative but the room was not as good as expected it doesn't look like a deluxe room. We also informed the hotel management as well.

1. Tv was not working though I called many Time's they are unable to do quick recharge till check out 2. Ac wasn't good not working till 4technicians came to see and check 3. Food was ok. No more items in buffet breakfast. 4. Staff was rude.

Room was ok, but dont order food from here I had a fly in my lemon soda drink. They clearly dont maintain hygiene while making food items. please think twice before ordering food from here as it may compromise with your health.

not so great this time....many rooms do not have enough ventilation, bathroom issues also exist...uncooperative receptionist during need hours

room smells, after informing staff did work. asked for towel, staff didn't come back. restaurant or room service found ok

hotel has very good location near ISBT ,it was a nice stay, The staff was very helpful and cooperative.. .Food was also good and tasty.

Rooms are dirty, my honest suggestions to visitor is that don’t get into the trap of 3 star or Photos. There is dust formation all around. Cleanliness is major concern .. Apart from that you will get all basic amenities within the room. But I paid which is not at all justified..

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, neat and clean . Breakfast was tasty. Parking available in front of hotel. Overall value for money.

Only hotels are present nearby. Not a much lively place around. I went with my wife and kid and I requested the staff to heat some food for kid, but they denied to do so.

I booked this hotel for March 5/2025 as a female solo traveller & I wasn’t allowed check-inhere as I had a local ID which according to their rules they don’t allow. So, I asked them to cancel the booking from their end so that at least I can get a refund. They refused to comply and asked me to contact MMT support. The MMT support/customer care also refused refund. So, basically I lost money over a silly hotel policy for local ID & both hotel & MMT support refused to refund my money. So, after wasting my money on this hotel + MakeMyTrip, I booked another nearby hotel via Goibibo which has a very traveller friendly cancellation & refund policy. I rarely write reviews but this is to help other female travellers to know better on what hotels/booking platforms to avoid for better & safe travelling experience.
