soloThis hotel was a bad choice had cockroaches in the room, dirty bad sheets, leaking ceilings and over all experience was very bad made the guest change the room 3 times and yet poor quality room really dissatisfied would never suggest this hotel to anyone

Nice stay
I stayed here for one day i like the property very much calm and quiet atmosphere good view from the room. And the staffs bahavinng is appreciated. The food is also very nice totally i enjoyed my stay.

Very pathetic service no towel no soap no water bottle smells very bad no slippers hotel was not aware of complimentary breakfast, and after asking abt it, they said order from menu

Location is good but buffet in breakfast is not available. We have to ask for car dropping from station but for dropping at station they did not provide car they arranged an auto

Even though the rooms are new maintenance is poor, small insects were seen moving on the room floor, service is very poor, reception staff, service staff are unprofessional, there is no resturant to serve food, overall experience was not good, no value for money. The tariff is very high as compared to the hotel location, services.

The hotel was the worst the service was hopeless and we paid extra for breakfast which they didn't gave. It's a direct case of fraud. The hospitality was hopeless terrible. If makemytrip does not help me for refund of my breakfast money i have to approach legal process as i have all the proffs. And kindly make sure that my issue is resolved asap. It's not a request it's a order
