I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to their poor service. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive to basic requests, making the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Despite raising concerns, there was little to no effort made to address the issues. I expected better hospitality and attention to guests, but unfortunately, the service fell far below even the minimum standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

This is not a hotel; it is built at the home top level, and security is the main issue. The toilet is very bad, there is no bedsheet in the room, the condition of the room is very bad, there is no arrangement in the room to protect from mosquitoes, the price is very high, and women's safety is the main issue. I suggest never booking this hotel; it's totally a fraud.

The location is a prime one. The property was also good. However, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room and the sheets were not clean. Otherwise, the stay was good.

I didn't liked the stay because it was not a hotel it was a home stay. Second the room they allotted to me the room mattress is poor quality was feeling the spring on my body. When i was booking the park view i looks like a hotel but when i reached there have seen its not a hotel. They only provide water, tea, milk no food very bad experience with this place. I will suggest mm t members to their and stay as a guest atleast for 1 night thank you

I was happy with cleanliness and all sockets geyser are working. Wifi is available. Only thing is the stay is at 2nd floor and only accessible through stairs no lift this was a challenging for my parents so was unable to plan my parents stay there. Parking is on road side if when there was no car i was able to use.
