Location, hygiene
Hotel location is in very bad area u never find the location in one attempt. Also, the hotel stuff are very rude and fraud person. Once u booked the room and done your payment they still asking for extra money for room. They are so cheap that they didn't provide u a proper plates and glass for use. If u asking for plates and glasses teh give u the paper plates and use n through glasses which they charged u once u check out. I personally recommend to all u people that don't even think to booked room in hotel magnum.

After paying in advance, when we reached the property they asked for additional money due to over booking, then i called the help line but and after a long discussion he changed the hotel with extra charges and hang off the call. But didn't give any voucher and the property which he has told us, there is no hotels in that location that was a dump yard. Overall i loose my money, time, get harrased a lot. This is a complete scam for getting easy money.

Excellent stay and safe stay as all the staffs have taken vivid vaccines. Nice cleanliness and good sanitisation fascilities provided.

Regarding sanatization and cleaning of covers
No sanatization and no cleannines of bed sheet, pillow cover. Geyser not working. No good behaviour of staff.

Difficult to locate the Hotel. Staff are unprofessional. Safety and security seems to be a concern.
