Booked a hotel for my staff with breakfast, but in morning hotel denied that we dont have breakfast so we will not give, if that is the case why do you guys write that includes breakfast

After 1 hr we get a room this room not c lead dirty bedsheet used everything there is no shop shmpoo towel many time i told staff for such things but no response tv not working i told manger about this in morning after next day morning-no one come to fix tv such h worst hotel never stay this

Very poor dirty hotel, very unhygienic room, bathroom was very dirty and no light in the bathroom
