Hotel owner charged rs 534 early checkin charges with gst and not given proper gst bill to us, bad baheviour and denay to return gst amount

Regarding unnecessary charges
Property was good, food not available at hotel, amenities was ok. I was booked 2 room at hotel vedansh, but when i reached at hotel his receptionist charged me extra 534. & said that then only we can provide you room.
