I reached there at 8:30pm to check in. When i asked the person to give me my room keys he asked me to show the details then i asked him to check the details on their laptop mobile he said they don't have any computer laptop. So i had show the details on my phone then he checked the amount which was less. On that he asked me to pay additional 200 rupees i asked why? he said they don't allow check in less than 1000/ i said. I will not pay any extra amount then he said we cannot allow you to check in. I said him to put me on the owners phone, then i made a call to him he said the same if you want to check in you need to pay 200 rupees otherwise you can leave. Since it was very late and i was tired because of travel and office i had to give him the rupees to stay and he didn't even gave me the receipt of 200 rupees. Now coming to room the toilet seat was broken. Ac wasn't working properly. Floor and bathrooms were so dirty. You cannot imagine. Everything was such a mess but i was helpless. In the morning when i wake up i checked the water is not coming then i checked that there is no phones to inform the staff i had to go to downstairs to inform them imagine if someone has any emergency then what he will do. In my all the hotel experience this was the worst
