Location is good, but services were just average

Service is very poor, they don't even provide towel, they take money for it.

This hotel is not good to stay. Condition of hotel is very pathetic. Cleanliness is very poor and not safe to stay with families.

It's all good as I think about hotel.

One of the worst experience, hotel location is far from all railway stations. No any room boy/staff available and hotel is having only one staff accountant cum manager cum peon cum room boy (whole and sole only one). During night not a single responsible person at premises. (entire safety and security is totally depending on CCTV only) no food or pantry or any type of room service available. On television only Bhojpuri and only free channels available, which are of no use (no any sports or entertainment channels available). No hot water facilities available. Premises is full of lizards and small ants every where. Rates are too much high in comparison to the services.

All member of hotel are cooperative

Bedsheets are not good. Staffs are not cooperative.

When book the hotel show the brake fast free but hotel manager didn't know

Room was clean, bed lining all clean, bathroom needs a little upgraded with accessories and water flow speed. Overall very good service.

Good cooperative persons, if I'll come to Patna again I'll book this one.

Only thing I hate that there was no food system and I had to spend 2 hours finding a good restaurant to to have my dinner.
You should start food system very soon, I had a terrible night finding good food outside the hotel in that area.

I visited the hotel with family. It is going good in our stay. I would recommend the hotel.

Newly constructed guest house. Lots of improvement is needed.
It's a newly constructed guest house where one can't feel like staying in a hotel. Manager was very humble and cooperative. But I noticed so many shortcomings in the room like no foot mat, no table, very small capacity water geyser.

This hotel is good for who have very tight budget. Although rooms are small but good for short stay. It is far away from patna railway junction.

Good stay. Near Digha bridge. Would like to visit again.
