tumhare jaise logon ko room de diye yahi bahut hai tum us room ke layak nahin thaa

Pathetic hospitality, stinking blanket, non working telephone extension, non working tv, noisy ac without remote. Pressurized to vacant room before 10 am. Uncleaned room. All these just bz i booked room from mmt at lower price.

We had no other option.
Location: depending upon one's need location is subjective. But the place is well connected, is on the highway, not too far from the city. Food: food here is of good quality, although a bit expensive. Service: staff is polite but, you need to remind them to do the cleaning, and replacement of linen and the daily must do activities as should be performed in a hotel. There is no telephone in the room so to contact the kitchen or reception is an inconvenience.
In a nutshell, everything was ok in the hotel except for the cleanliness & hygiene of the bedsheets, blanket and pillow covers. Also the dustbin in the room was not sanitised.

Excellent room
Very good and safe place to stay. The food here is very hygienic and has great taste in it. You will always feel very pampered as guest as the staff is very helpful.

Friendly staff and spacious rooms and banquet
I was there to attend my cousins engagement. The staff is very friendly and provides focused support with attention to detail towards everything. Along with multiple banquet halls options the rooms are no less in terms of being spacious with all the facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel and it's restaurant. It sure does provides value for money.

Restaurant rate so high as location cleaning not proper in room and crockery also

Dear Guest, thanks for the feedback. But this feedback is confusing as you did not ordered anything from room service or restaurant. Yours was a room only plan. So your feedback regarding crockery doesn`t even exist. Our staff was checking with you again and again if everything is all right and we received positive feedback from you. You did not complain about the same during stay. Ours is a recently renovated hotel and everything starting from linen, curtains and all the amenities are new. Daily housekeeping is being supervised by the assigned manager. We would have definitely helped you if we have received any complaint during the stay. Prices are as well normal like any other 3 star hotel of the area. Please visit us again.
