The breakfast was good. The bed side lights were not functional in the room. It needs to be repaired. The overall light in the room was not sufficient for reading. The shower tap was also problematic. It also needs to be repaired. The reception staff were all very nice and provided good service.

Despite late check in rooms was not ready. I had to ask for water . No towels were given till we asked for it. Hot water katel was dirty and we had to clean it.

Very cooperative and well behaved staff. Very hard working and takes personal care. Mr Pravin and other staff members helped in booking cab , as train got cancelled for my destination. Canteen staff also very cooperative and well mannered. Food is good. Highly recommend.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Not Worth the Money at All

The room had a terrible, unbearable smell that made it impossible to sleep. I couldn’t even change the room because it was already late at night. For the kind of money they’re charging, this place is absolutely not worth it.I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, it was a miserable and disappointing experience.

Best hotel to stay at Patna..

I had a comfortable stay. Also the service was excellent and neat & clean. Food was also good. I like the location, as it is accessible to both the station and airport. I would like to visit again with family next time.

The location of the hotel was good, the staff was very sincere in keeping the premises clean all the time, but the ac in the room and in the common area was not great. Water started leaking from the ac.
