staff's behaviour was surprising. absolutely improper and terrifying. no service in the room. no restaurant available nearby. bed was not comfortable. very bad. never want to go.

Location bahut bekaar hai — hotel tak lagbhag 500 meter paidal chalna pada, raste tute huye the aur har jagah dhool-mitti thi. 5 baar call karne ke baad bhi koi staff help karne nahi aaya. Room bilkul ganda tha — safai zero, bed sheet pe hair pade the, bathroom ganda tha, aur jhadu-pocha bhi nahi laga tha na room me, na gallery me. Diwaron par jale ke nishan the, aur room me towel tak available nahi tha. Overall hygiene bahut hi poor thi. Sabse bura ye tha ki booking non-refundable thi, aur 10 baar complain karne ke baad bhi kisi ne room change karne ki takleef nahi uthai. Overall: Paisa pura waste. Main kisi ko bhi ye hotel recommend nahi karunga.

Near, Clean and affordable hotel. I would like to visit if I have to go Patna. Silent and staffs are very polite in their profession.

Hotel staff,rooms cleanliness and food, everything was excellent. the location of hotel was quit close to my destination for which cab service were easily available. i would definitely recommend this hotel for others who are planning a trip to patna.
