Location is Very Nice & Hotel Service is Very Good.Staff Behaviour is Very Good.Morning Breakfast Is very Nice

Manager Mr Goswami is a terrible human being non cooperative and rude in his behavior. If this will be their way of handling guest then very soon only company's conference will happen no single independent guest will book the hotel. Service is poor for TV connection, Tea Coffee pouches were delivered after 50 minutes of call to room service. Lift is also a major issue in the hotel.

Hotel have Good facility, and their staff are full supportive and good in behaviour, experience was good. you can try your stay with him.

poor maintainance in lock room , my sof luggage was damage by rat bite . I feel terable . totally disgusting

Room was quite good but some kind of a smoky smell was coming out in the room, maybe due to closed rooms, but no solution to remove. room service for extra bed, as we booked was very lazy and slow due to that, we waited to sleep till 1230 at night. Rest everything okay?

Very bad experience worst room given in lots of amount and room was worth of nothing.Inspite of commitment by front desk they do not bother to change the room. I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

The legacy hotel is gradually deteriorating the service n maintenance quality, largely because continuing with old n non efficient staffs. Rooms r not well maintained, and I'm staying here regularly and this time I've taken club room 219, where bathroom lights are poorly lit, flush n faucets are not properly working, room was smelly, faulty n old AC, damaged sockets and so on...don't know why hotel management is not looking into all this, even you won't bellboy at the reception as the hotel reception is two floors up and in the absence of bellboy one has carry all luggage of his own..now it's time to avoid this hotel till it addresses the concerns

Rooms smell bad they not give complimentary water bottle i ask for any possibility of upgrade the reception staff rudely denied nooo i hv long stay but they not cold coffee not cold its hot not good experience this time.

Stay was good but we faced some problems like when we switched off light then the fan automatically got switched off when we complained about it we get no response at night as nobody picked up our phone ....

Staff were cordial and responsive. Food was good and ambience was neat. Had a nice stay at the property.
