Terrible hotel..not as per corporate standards . Worst part that a non refundable booking there.. knowing that it's a corporate booking Having booked for 4 nights, I tried cancelling after staying 1 night as retention charges, they refused.

My entire maiden trip to Patna has become terrible because of the stay in this property. The bedsheets and pillows were full of hair and stains , used Bandage was stuck to the carpet . There were no dustbins too, cut hand nails were on the table adjacent to the bed . Bathroom drains had a bunch of hairs . I specifically asked for a non smoking room but they have me a smoking room … to add to all this agony when i complained to clean the bed sheets and pillows and remove the used towels the guy at the reception bluntly hung up without taking any action. . After following up from 7.30 only at 10 pm they came to change the bed sheets and pillow covers … There were people coming in banniyan and knocking at the door just to ask if everything was fine ! This experience was worst for me ever . Since i had paid money upfront and it was too late I couldn’t change the hotel , the area seemed quite shady too so i didn’t want to going out at that time . The tissues given after 3 follow-ups were the dirtiest you can even imagine , don’t even ask me about the dirtiest dustbin that they bought to my room .. i could even open it . The management should know about this ..
