Poor Stay

Room was okay but had to request for towels napkins teabags. Bathroom was also not very clean though cleaned. No intercom only a mobile to connect with reception. Staff almost entered without knocking, when we were having dinner. Full place has a slightly dirty feel about it. Maybe as guest rooms are only on top floor rest are 2 floors of banquets. Rest of staff very attentive and gave what we needed immed.

Ks square is on the main road and very well connected (closeby) to gurudwara. We are overall satisfied with the hotel, however had following concerns: 1. Bathroom fittings were not maintained 2. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis, without us reaching out to the hotel 3. The phone line in the room doesn't work 4. Reception staff as over money minded 5.
