Poor Stay
They provided unusable washroom to me and they can't give as mentioned price in MMT. So I paid extra money.

Overall good but cleanliness in the room should be more
Staff is cooperative, bathrooms were clean but the room floors were bit dusty. In the gallery, there are many ac exhausts causing heat in the lobby but rooms are air-conditioned. Hotel owner provides Shikara boats for backwaters at reasonable rates so no need to find by your own. So overall good experience and rating I would say it is a very good hotel.

Worst food quality
Breakfast quality was very worst. They provided poor quality of idly with watering sambhar. Please don't take breakfast from there. At same rate you can get best of food from local restaurant.

Nice location behind Beach tower

Just OK
The main appreciated thing is very good staff cooperation. Apart from all are below average. Old property, bed found much older. Towel and bed linen found bad smell. Found cockroach. Not a star hotel, it's like a lodge. Need renovation on all aspects. Breakfast was good, taken from outside, and only idly available. No other item available. 1 km from railway Station.

Allepey Beach is very near and railway station also.
Bed was very small. And free breakfast has to be first paid by customer and then they would refund.
