No mirror inside the room , ac cooling was not proper,.. so i can give average rating because of the price range

Hotel rooms and beds/towels are dirty. Kettle and ac were not working. The building has a smell and there is zero ventilation.

Good in lookwise but ac not working properly don't have remote to adjust tempure. Location is in market

The property is very near to the boat jetty and mullackal road and it is just 4 km from the alleppey railway station the room is good and clean and the bathroom is also clean. There is a good restaurant on the first floor and a nice bakery and a coffee shop in the ground floor. The food is good and staff are very polite and courteous, overall a nice place to stay.

Only room size is the issue. Balance all the things are good. Location is very good. Hotel having their own restaurant. Food quality is good.

The hotel is close to the ferries and beach. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff very friendly. There is a bakery attached with exceptionally good coffee. It was truly a wonderful stay.

The location is very convenient as it is situated in the heart of the town alapuzha. Close to bus stand as well as boat service. Food was tasty and the behaviour of staffs were cordial. I shall refer to my friends and relatives.

We stayed here for 2 days, room doesn’t have big mirror to get ready, we have requested for other room but they doesn’t have such room. Location is good to explore beach, you can get auto or bus easily. Restaurant does have cafe where they have lots of snacks options( tea, samosa, cookies are really good. Room is bit small and they had never receive the call if you call for room service, since all the staff either in bakery or in restaurant. Overalls it’s good for small trip

Hotel himalaya is an excellent hotel. Staff is courteous and polite. They respond quickly to the orders. Toiletries and linen are clean. Food is excellent and affordable. Wish they had more hindi channels on tv and north indian food on menu. Overall a nice experience.

this is a value for money hotel for one night stay at Alleppey, we expect a rollover bad for extra bed but they have foldable bed surprise to us 😁

Clean and good ambience near to city

It is a one star hotel. So keep your expectations to that level. You will have a lift, room, ac and bathroom to spend a overnight stay while you are passing by. Why i have booked is due to the review which was saying food is good here. But it is horrible. They do not have any options and the gravy is just with onions with no additional flavours in it. Staff is really courteous and the bakery items are really good for breakfast etc (paid. I had an issue with ac in the room. Staff changed my room thanks for that but could have taken care during their checks initially before guest checks in

Staff behaviour is good. Service is quicker. But mainly my 5 rating is for the views, location and ambience. Top notch it is. 5

I was first asked to cancel the booking as i was a single male occupant. Later, after i refused and occupied the room, i was denied room service. This property needs to be delis-ted and i need compensation. Besides, the room was dirty and infested with lizards.

Staffs in this hotel cordinate with me are very efficient and pleasent. Keep it up.
