KUWAIT RESIDENCY

Room was neat and clean. , the room boy first takes the customers to the room and shows them the room.Here, I was told to leave.Every hotel provides a bottle of mineral water. We didn't get that here.There was a TV in the room, but only one of the two remotes had a battery.There was no soap dish in the bathroom. Although there was a hot water tap in the bathroom, there was no hot water available.As a customer, sufficient care must be taken by those involved in such matters.

Do not good ac and staff not support. Bed experience in this hotel and room condition is avarage.

Very clean and comfortable lodge. The caretaker was a kind person and helpful. Room was very spacious and nice

I found room in mm t and i didn’t ordered food. But the room was spacious but hygienic is average. There is cockroach escaping and little bit dusty. Please follow hygienic measures.

Excellent room service. Very good atmosphere. Very near to allepey railway station. The food and amenities are very good.

Food quality some increase, facilities good and staff behaviour very good, fully clean and safety.

The property provided an different accomodation in a different place. That propery had only basic facility not worth the payment done for the original property stating some ac leak gy

Hotel location is good near beach only 400 m distance, hotel facilities is also good, inside room and outside area house keeping is very good. They also arrange boat(shikara)for boating. Overall in this price hotel is very good.

Booked the room with make my trip. Walkable distance from railway station. Neat and clean room. Staff from reception was very co operative. Only negative was the remote of the tv was not working. Altogether nice stay.

Great hospitality and helpful staff, they serve like a family, and the important thing that i felt in them is loyalty. That makes a difference. Thank you kuwait residency.

Very clean and good can be recommended good location near by beaches near by domino's good staff.

The hosts were really sweet and made sure our entire stay was comfortable. Few of the facilities were average (like slow water, broken bathroom equipments etc) and could be adjusted, but given the price we paid it seemed a little too basic things which they missed.

Room was neat and clean. We really liked their hospitality. It is nearby railway station. We just walked and reached alleppey pine forest.

The check in was really fast. Dont see that much staffs around. The room was in okay state. There was not that much of accessories in it but it was neat and clean. I dont recommend the rooms that we stay for long stays. It was o key for single night. The good feature is the location, its really close to the railway station.

Very good location. Good rooms. Hospitable people. Breakfast can be better. Geyser is solar based so we didn't have hot water. Wasn't a big issue though since water was warm anyways.

The property is very expensive for its amenities. Staff were courteous. Room was very small. Not worth the price.

Room is nearby railway station. Room is average. Shower is not working. Bathrooms are not that great. If you are planning for shorter stay this hotel is recommended
