Cheated. I couldn't get the room. And now i have to file for a refund which i don't think i am going to receive. Very bad experience

soloThe property is ok for bachelors on a tight budget. Property is in a dilapidated old building on the 3rd floor and no lift. Some cockroach problem, and toilets could be cleaner. But for the price, it was a good deal.

Poor, crowded location and hard to find the hotel. Hotel on a 3rd floor with just stairs. When you walk up to the hotel you get a 1 star hotel feeling. Rooms are average. Basin faucet was broken. Shower was broken(no cold water.
