I enjoyed stay here as they provide lot's of amenities from basic to advance. Great place to stay and enjoy vacations and get relax and rewind.

Room was designed well and at beautiful location. I enjoyed my stay there with my family. The view was soo beautiful and atmosphere was very welcoming.

All the staff members were polite and co-operative and attended to our requests. Very nice.

Overall it was good, just the management needs to be a bit better

They denied checkin saying they won't entertain price and I'll have to pay ₹500 extra. I had to negotiate and then they took ₹200 and gave as the room key. Room was very small, floors were dirty, there were cockroaches, no towels. Overall I should have given negative star but don't have any option.

Employees and services are very bad

The service was also very good. The hotel has a nice location, especially the team was so friendly and polite it is located in city area so it's easy to go there overall good experience and highly recommended.

They didn't gave me check- in and they were asking for bribe, and have very very rude behaviour and talking way which normal person can't manage.

My booking was prepaid and the hotelier asked me to pay double of the amount per night, i didn’t agree to that and the receptionist denied check in.

They show really low pricing When you book the room and reach out they ask you to cancel it or pay 300% more coz it's some glitch When you ask them to cancel from there side. They give multiple reasons they can't cancel it.
