The location is good. Staff behaviour is excellent. Restaurant service is not there. Rooms are very clean. For person visiting IIM this could be a very good option for a stay for couple of days.

No food at hotel or nearby place, there was no breakfast as it was promised to be free. There was no water in the bathroom. Repeated requests were made to hotel personal, no heed was paid.

Dear Dhaka, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The safety and security of our guests is always our top priority. As per your choice my team member Mr. Ajay has been providing you in breakfast stuffed, bread amlet and Tea . I have a breakfast bill also. Complimentary water bottles were already placed but if anyone asks for extra water bottles ,you know it's on a chargeable basis in every hotel. Stay was comfortable. If you are visiting iim lucknow, and wants to stay overnight, it is the best place to stay. Highly professional team led by mr. Ganesh only difficulty, is breakfast. All the food outlets open only after 10. 00 am.

The stay was pleasant, location was very good, but the only dissatisfaction is the non-availability of food in the hotel, even tea/coffee is not available however, they allow food delivery from zomato / swiggy but with very limited options. Water bottles- only 1 ltr of water bottle will be provided irrespective of no. Of pax and no. Of days you are residing in the room.
