businessHad a terrible stay. Bathrooms not clean. Ceiling broken. Flush didn't work, ac didn't work. No parking, no kitchen or dining. Dirty linen. No room service. Arrogant staff. And make my trip didn't even refund me in spite of complaining and being a mm t black member and spending over 2 lakhs on their app

First of all very congested area. Though it is written parking is available but it is somewhere on internal congested gulli. Cockroaches in the bathroom entry is not good. Lot of repair work going on room is ok and spacious

Very poor housekeeping service
familyGave the keys to the room for cleaning at 1. 30 Pm, but room was not cleaned till 10. 00 Pm. This is extremely callous attitude on the part of the management. I am never going to refer this Hotel to anybody. Dr. Gowrinath, CEO, apollo hospitals, Indore.
