Doors cannot be locked from the outside so security and privacy are non-existent. Sheets will only be changed upon request. One of the rooms had no running water. A/c in one room didn't work. Beds are not fit for anyone taller than 5 foot 7.

the hotel room was in a pathetic state, no clean bed sheets, no clean washrooms, there were lot of mosquitoes and when asked the receptionist to change bedsheets, he gave a reluctant response that all of them are in similar condition. this hotel is oyo company serviced and yet the state is so bad. the pictures don’t match the current state of the rooms. i walked out of that hotel and asked for a refund and all i received was a 200 rupees voucher as my ticket was non refundable. absolutely pathetic customer service. never plan your stay at this hotel

location of the hotel was not exactly as per the map, it is slightly ahead, there was no board to show it as super hotel o amaravathi, when i made call it me to oyo customer care, where they asked for pnr number, i don't know what to enter, after 10 minutes i realised that the building is slightly ahead with r guest rooms as board. hospitality is good, i was able to get only luke warm hot water- i managed with it. single persons can easily manage this budget friendly hotel. not so convenient for family.
