Hotel Royal Swagruha

I recently completed a one-night stay at your hotel and, regrettably, the room conditions were quite disappointing. My feedback centers on two crucial elements: lighting and cleanliness. The room was poorly lit, which significantly impacted the overall comfort. The primary overhead fixtures offered a weak, yellowish light, making simple tasks like reading or working difficult, and contributing to a rather gloomy ambiance. It felt more like a dimly lit lounge than a bright, welcoming hotel room. Even more critical was the standard of cleanliness. I found visible dust on key surfaces, including the bedside tables and television stand. Furthermore, the bathroom showed signs of neglect, particularly around the floor edges and grout, suggesting that deep cleaning protocols are not being followed consistently. For a hotel in this price bracket, these basic maintenance oversights are unacceptable. While the check-in process was smooth, the state of the room itself greatly diminished the quality of my stay. I strongly urge management to prioritize these fundamental issues.

The stay was good and the staff was friendly too..but the room has less ventilation making it less comfortable

Property location: Opposite bus stand so it is good. However the map location MMT shared over whatsapp is a different place, which is 3km off.

Staffs are not professional no option of food and room upgradation every where is pan masala and mosquito

Everything was good. Even they refused to run a fan in reception to customers.

Decent rooms for this price worth it and the rooms are also very good but they need to change bedsheets

Cleanliness issue bedsheet was not good already using the other customer giving me not changed the bedsheet and top of the bed full of dust is there

With this price best hotel they even allowed early check in very nice staff am staying there when ever i go to guntur and in the prime location

I have stayed their for 24 hrs, but charged for 48 hrs, how can i cancel, if i stayed for 24 hrs, want to know

Stay was peaceful, great service this is second time staying at this hotel. In eight days of stay one day little bit problem with mosquitoes

It was one night stay for business travel and the stay was good. Chosen executive room. All the needed amenities were provided. Though it is right opposite to rt c bus stand on main road, the ambient inside the hotel was quiet. No inhouse restaurant, but walkable distance to outside restaurants. Prefer to stay here in future visits also

Room is neet. And clean, good service and value for money. I will recommend to stay in this hotel for budget travelers
