Worst Hotel Experience and misleading location

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was in a terrible state - the washroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned, the Bedsheets are used and unchanged. It was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. In addition the hotel’s location given was far away from the exact location. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this place.

according to your map (shared with the booking document) we went to there in a local taxi but there was no such a hotel around two hrs we searched there but no use. we are travelling with our child so we forced to book another hotel. I tried to contact with hotel but there is no contact number . There was a number I tried this number one lady asked me about Hotel booking PNR number then I give the number according to your booking receipt but again she asking PNR number. Then I stopped calling. do one thing please send one of your employee according to the booking reference shared to me and check weather the location is correct or not. I lost 3700/- and again paid 3000/- for another hotel and I lost two to three hours. Actually I want to file a case agaimst you. that much horrible was my experience.

familyAt first while I went to check in manager asked, there is no vacancy how u booked. Also The hotel name is HAPPY NEST but on makemytrip it was named and displayed as Hotel O Guntur. rooms are too congested. nothing is as stated on makemytrip. horrible experience with makemytrip
