The rooms are maintained neat and clean.. the staff is courteous..Food has to be improved a bit in terms of taste.Near to highway so a good location to take rest for long drives.

It didn’t have taxi or shuttle services contrary to what was advertised. Overall happy with the staff and service provided.

1.Bills are wrong without invoice number restaurant bills.. 2. No GST bill from property 3. No proper response and they are not treating and responding

the room was amazing bit food was not so great ,and bathroom lights has an issue so it was dark in it

you are not alone in the room, bugs on the bed.. spiders in the room will acompany you! food here is such a waste (i am vegetarian) . given 2 starts just for poper size of room

Easy accessible location with parking. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Staff was courteous with quick response. Food was too good, tastewise.

The hotel is a very well maintained property. The room was very neatly maintained. The linen was clean. Essential toiletries were provided. The restaurant had a good variety in the breakfast buffet.

I like the room and the food is also tasky. Ambiance looks awesome.

I had a complimentary Breakfast I found a hair strand in the oats what I had I gave the restaurant people the feedback they were told sorry for that I even showed them the hair , next day i need check out around 12 Pm but I asked them late check as I have some CM official appointment so they extended till 2pm , around 1:30 pm I went to the restaurant of the same hotel and I was late around 20 mins the receptionist was very rude on call even when I spoke to her directly throwing phones system mouse table doors I told her u were very rude this is not right will he informing this is to your MD , she was like….go….. you can speak to him

location: Great, next to highway,covered basement parking with lift to rooms.. but, in and out of basement (parking) is a bit odd though. Rooms: Good ; spacious, could have balconies Food: in room service: Very well maintained staff and food was great.. Breakfast: Good options.... but only veg though ... overall nice stay....

It was a business trip. Food and Location were okay. Overall a good experience. A must recommended.

front desk person was very rude and even refused to provide me with copy of the invoice for stay and food. washroom was not clean
