I wanted to take a moment to share my experience regarding the room service during my recent stay. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that I believe need attention. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were not up to par, with the bed sheets and pillows showing stains. Additionally, the washroom was not well-maintained, and I found the water tap levers to be loose, which made them difficult to use. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing, and I believe these areas could use improvement to enhance guest satisfaction.

The room is full off lizards and cockroach and the washroom is worst pls don't see the images and don't book.. Waste of money

Worst room, not clean, no bath door, ac not working, sheets ugly, no towel or soap. Check in issues. Not worth even free

The worst stay I had ever. Don’t even think about staying there. Mark my words. Terrible behaviour from staff as well.

Mark my words, you will regret if you choose this hotel. Getting a single room when you booked single room, that too without lock is terrible. I vacated within 1 hour after seeing all this. And the behaviour of the staffs are too bad.

It is a very good hotel and has a nice location near to the railway station and easy to identify

They charged gst amount for providing bill

The staf also takes clean practces. This gave me a lot of security. It was a hygienic place. They maintain clean environment

The room was horrible with dirty toilets, unwashed bedsheet and pillow covers. The staff at the reception was arrogant. While checking out, the receptionist demanded to provide good feedback and rating in front of him

Water leakage bath water coming to room, bed sheets not fresh, many times distribution receptionist and boys.

Fantastic place to stay. There is a very helpful and friendly staff. We were overwhelmed to see this location and were wholeheartedly astonished.

My reservation was reasonably priced. When i made my reservation, i got a great deal. It really did help me save money.
