Review Of HOTEL DVR GRAND

Found the property nice - it is at a walkable distance from platform 8 exit; nice staff at the reception; rooms are neat and clean; close to Arundalpet shopping area; hotel gave nice reference for renting a car. The experience could have been better if the hotel had a restaurant (they bring food and beverages from outside to the room; Geetha Regency and Sankara Vilas are at a walkable distance and so is the Rail Coach restaurant); the toiletries are limited to toilet soap and shampoo sachets and nothing else; no cupboard in the room for the clothes (a cupboard under TV is to be used for clothes); no ventilation in bathroom; no kettle; drinking water has to be purchased(not a single bottle is provided- can buy from the fridge at reception); my room had hot water problem(rectified on the first day evening when complained; did not work next day morning but did not attend); room size just sufficient to the bed with little room for movement on one side but has two chairs and tea pot on the other side); the road near hotel is bad( road towards railway station platform 8 is good)

No restaurant attached. Everything to be brought from outside and advance payment be made in cash. Cleanliness is just average. No water bottles and coffee kettle in the room.

Good and reception even in the night time . Site and good accommodation is very near to railway station

We had an average stay at this hotel. Property’s location is near to railway station . The service is pathetic. Fan and AC didn’t work properly . We have not tasted food here.

Room is average . No room boy to carry bags . Not upto the mark as per make my trip motto . Room spray is used . Some customers it do not like .

The food service is basically a scam. The staff took INR 900 for a food parcel which would cost less than INR 200. They charged INR 100 for a INR 20 water bottle. Terrible stay and do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is neat and clean. The staff at the reception is very cooperative. I was to do an early check and checkout late. He readily agreed. There is not restaurant/cafe attached to the hotel. But the attender will get all the items that you want. Location of the hotel is also good. It is next to the railway station.

Room and washroom were neat and clean. Reception staff were decent. Sufficient car parking. Housekeeping staff did a good job.

The staff was so rude at me i stayed with my sister they treating like we are not brother and sister my sister got period she was stain in the bed like little only they take that bed sheet and take down to reception and shows that bed sheet all are there she very sad and disappointed.

They requested early checkout 11am

Hotel is new and decent. Probably one of the best value for money considering the price. Rooms are clean and decent. Staff are helpful. Stayed for two days

Room was clean and tidy. Room service was quick and staff were cooperative.

Everything is okay but they are using phenol to clean the room. When i entered into the room only phenol smell is coming. I didn't like it. As the hotel is near by railway station continues noise is coming. It is disturbing while sleeping. Apart from that everything is okay.

Location is nearest railway station. Neat and clean. Check-in experience was great.
