Both Lift not working and breakfast was ordinary Rooms are not clean and bed linen for very dirty.

Staff were welcoming and room was well maintained and location was also near to shopping malls and function halls

I was cheated and was not given a room.I lost my money because you didn't give me the customer care number. I couldn't find the room. I didn't get my money back tomorrow.

Good place to stay in Guntur with Family & kids. I recommend this Hotel very much. Don’t miss to eat Chicken biryani in this hotel

I have been to Viceroy Grand Hotel, for the stay was good and the rooms were average, and the staff was good, but at the time of checkout, they have troubled me, so I didn’t like the way they behaved. They were forcing me to do check out, but even though the timings are there, still, they need to give some privacy and time, so they have called me again and again, so that was the main issue for me with that hotel or else like it it was good

Good location, but very average maintenance. Good food, but that's the location advantage, mattresses were worn out and caused huge discomfort and pain in the back. They don't have a clue what to do

The best budget 3 star hotel i visited in recent days the locality is very nearby to railway station which is walkable and all the important places in the city

room is ok, beds are damaged. no proper car parking. no veg items in dinner 😞. i have not taken any photos 😕

The room is clean and the room service is good. We didn't try the complementary breakfast. Overall i recommend the place for my friends to stay.

Very neat and clean rooms, good room service. I stayed with my family & kids very big rooms and clean washrooms. Food is very nice don’t forget to order dum chicken biryani feels like home made biryani

Make my trip arranged me to stay in v royal park. Hotel is very neat and services are excellent. It just near to guntur railway station and having very tasty food supply restaurant. The food section having wide range of verities from starters to dishes with excellent taste. I enjoyed their food section and very happy to stay here. Really nice stay with good staff and room services at professional levels. Thank you for your services

Hotel room facilities and breakfast are pathetic

I was searching property in guntur on mmt i saw hotel viceroy and it was looking fine. So i booked the property. This was a good decision as property was good very hygiene the bf was also good the staff is also good and polite.

The room was clean and the management was polite. Food however was average. Good service. However in my room the same switch that turns on the ac also turns on a light. So i could not switch off the light without switching off the ac. Other than that no issues.
