Review Of Hotel New West Tower

This is the wasted experience ever I faced during my travel, very bad and ugly rooms and bathrooms

No ventilation.. no water .. tiny bathrooms, no power backup... no cleanliness... no hotel services...

The room was not clean. Bed alone was good. For that rate this room is not worthy.

It's very very bad it's less than 400 rooms not good no blankets no Hot water no cleaning no family rooms and above 2 KM temple near the old West tower. Both are different

Pros: staff were polite room was clean cons: mosquitoes toilet seat kept too high no hangers in bathroom decent stay, value for money

The room is very unhygienic and very small. Washroom is not clean. Staff is friendly with us but when we told to clean washroom they ignore it as-lo rooms are smelly.

Used linen provided. Unclean toilet. No car parking.

Worst experience. Rooms are very compact. Lot of mosquitoes and no power back if lights turn down. Staff member is asking for additional money.

I came to Madurai for makeup class. I slept safely in this place and went to class..

There’s no proper parking for vehicles and right away hotel management told me there’s no parking so can’t give the hotel for stay

The worst stinking rooms, washroom doesn't have water and too small, seems like during your one night stay you may get some infection/diseases i'll advice to spend little more rather than staying this stinking hole.

Very worst

No. 1 fraud hotel. I booked for 24hrs but they said will permit you for 12hra only from my checkin 8. 30pm to 11am. Don't have basic hot water facilities. As we stayed as family they provided room like giving to boozing guys and doing illegal things very worst exp faced. Make my trip should interfere here and monitor the integrity issues for the customers.

Room stay was okay. But toilets were not able to use as found damages in closet water flush point.
