Well maintained property and courteous staff. Peaceful environment, washrooms are clean. Ample space for 3 person.

The room was just okay. No hanger for shirts / pants. Dining hall accommodation was poor. They insisted in taking food in the room. The hotel was at 6-7 minutes drive from the railway station. Light inside the room was just sufficient.

The room light was dim with no ventilation, welcome drink tasted like drain water and the beds were not comfortable

Stayed for 3-4 days. Positives:- 1- Great location – Very close to Indore railway station, known to local cab/autowalas, easy to reach. 2- Clean washroom & decent room – Room had a balcony; the space was good. 3- Housekeeping staff were genuinely kind and helpful- They spoke politely, maintained cleanliness well, and even told us about tourist spots to visit in Indore. Negatives- 1- Reception experience was mixed – The male receptionist on day shift seemed uninterested and lacked basic hospitality. The female staff was much more responsive. 2- Room service was poor – Soap and shampoo/body wash were provided in ridiculously small quantities, not enough for our family of three during a 3-4 day stay. No hand wash for the sink. No complimentary water unless asked TWICE and then we got two tiny bottles. 3- Facilities felt outdated- no modern key card system for power, still using old switches. Not a major issue, but it shows lack of upkeep. 4- TV was there, but the remote didn’t work, so we couldn’t use it. we didn’t report it as we weren’t using it anyway. Overall, a decent budget stay, located near station and good cleanliness, but the service could’ve been much better. Also i can't tell about the food because I didn't order any food neither I had any meals included in my plan.
