A good stay from home. Nice building and good room with a/c, quick services and good helpful staff, piceful environment.

Not at all advisable. No care has been taken in providing good and hygienic atmosphere in room. Condition of toilet was in bad shape. Quilt provided was not in hygienic condition.

Pathetic room, smells all around. No hot water shop in winter

Very good staff neat n clean rooms as well as bathrooms. Food menu are over priced but quality quantity n taste is satisfactory rest we had pleasant stay with family.

Hotel neelam is very near to indore railway station. All the amenities described in mm t are present here. Plus, the stay was comfortable and the staff were very hospitable.

Lift is not available. It is very tiredness for everyone if you will get room 3rd floor or 4th floor

Room was not clean. Even bathroom was not good

Starting from the hotel's location. Its quite preferable when its near to the bus stand and railway station. I'll give 4stars to the location. To my experience i think bathrooms can be more hygienic; one of the bedsheets was not that clean; ac remote wasn't working and the key to my room was jamming every-time it was to open or close the door. Except these things staff was good and the manager is polite. They agreed to keep my luggage safe for quite some time even after check out.

Bathroom condition is very bad

I felt very well to stay in hotel Neelam in Indore. Thanks to hotel neelam. This is good place to stay in solo or with family.

It was good experience. Rate wise facilities are goods

Paid water bottle only. No complimentary water provided. Used towel hanging in bathroom. Common mug for bathing and latrine. Big yellow spots on white bedsheets. Dilapidated structure.
No mask on staff. No temperature check. Room and toilet were not properly sanitized.

Location of the hotel was superb as it was just next to the indore jn. Railway station and sarwate bus stand. But cleanliness-wise the hotel is not great. Food in the hotel was costly. For three cups of tea, they charged 140 rupees.
