Service poor and not for family only single travelers can stay. Proper way-er service not there. Midnight power cuts some time.

hotel ke staff acha nhi h... mere room book Kiya tha 649rs me.... or jab check in krne gye to bola ki is price me room nhi milega aapko or payment karna padega.... bol rhe the 1000rs se kam me room nhi milega... 350 rs or liye jiske baad room me check in diya

Rooms were very dirty, no cleaning, was given room without a key and said not to lock it

Very-bad service from hotel and mm t staff also not responding. Demands extra money. After providing extra money no service is provided properly

Initially they declined to give rooms on complaint they provided the rooms. No amenities were accessible. Bathrooms were very small. No doormat, no dustbin, no toiletries were provided. Rooms were ok but overall bad experience.

The room was very dirty, bed sheets also dirty, arrogant staff, i never suggested any one to stay there

Hotel is good, location is great, but they denied to accept the prepaid amount of make my trip, they charged 200 in excess of prepaid amount, i tried to cancel booking but i was not able to find how to cancel as there was no option

When I checked-in they asked me to cancel and book directly. They have a terrible service…. They given us a uncleaned room with no pillows and towels. We came at night after completing our we asked them for pillow and towels they said I can give one towel and we have no pillow for that room. After a lot of arguments they have given us a one towel and pillow only.
