The hotel Opal is very poor. I am very disappointed on make my trip. Because hotel room which I got is very poor and hotel is under contraction. I am requesting to make my trip please don't provide this type of hotel to the customer. This is suggestion to you please think about the money we give you but not getting good room.

The hotel is on main road in the way of Darjeeling. If any one want to stay here it is great location. Rooms are large facilities are great hot water. Room service is good. Full value hotel. It is a great experience to stay here
