Warm Hospitality & a Comfortable Stay
We stayed at Hotel Mogul Palace in Mumbai for a family vacation of four and had booked two rooms. From the moment we arrived, the experience was welcoming and pleasant. Although the hotel is tucked away in a narrow alley, stepping inside feels like a completely different world—calm, clean, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, made even more delightful by the receptionist, who greeted us with a warm smile. The staff throughout our stay were extremely supportive, attentive, and always ready to help. Our rooms, though a little compact, were spotless, neatly arranged, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent as well—modern, well-equipped, and supplied with all necessary amenities. The hotel also houses a small in-house restaurant. We tried the tea there and it’s definitely a must-try! Besides, the location is surrounded by a wide choice of eateries, truly a paradise for food lovers. Special mention must go to the manager, Mr. Junaid, who was humble, approachable, and went the extra mile to assist us in extending our booking for an additional day with ease. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Mogul Palace. For anyone traveling with family or even solo, this hotel is highly recommended for its excellent service, comfort, and hospitality.

The hotel and staff is are good and the main problem is the location and very difficult to access by cab, the road is very short. The rooms are small, but maintained neatly. According to the price it's high. There is no breakfast facility and it's not a 3 star hotel. overall good experience in hotel and staff and not with the ambience and location.

My experience is as follows: 1. Looking at the locality, it feels ... , place isn't good . But when u get in the place is entirely a different world. It's clean , Well - maintained , staff is (quick to respond, friendly , helpful). Even the owners are considerate enough to be flexible of checkin / checkout times for your need 2. The hotel is situated such that all important places to visit & enjoy are around 15 km radius. 3. The locality has all shops that u need nearby. 4. The food tastes great . Even their food suggestions are awesome. 5. Room service is great . Atmosphere peaceful and positive. 6 . To sum up . If u visit Mumbai , it's a great hotel to stay in budget .

Ambience and Location
I have been stayed prior 31year, I have found it good and family friendly place. though location is slight dense but environment of the hotel is amazing and easy proximity area from most of the working and tourist places.

Not recommended
location is very difficult to reach and the area around is not at all good. Did not feel safe entering or staying at this hotel. ...there's no restrictions on smoking and it is chaotic at night I was unable to sleep till 2 am. Don't book especially if you are a female or travelling alone.

The hotel was very good and all employees support and response was excellent. Good rooms with reasonable price. Car parking and driving towards hotel is bit difficult as its very crowded market area. Overall for us the stay was very good. Thanks.
