Review Of Hotel Mintflower

This hotel is very conveniently located and has a reasonably good view. The staff and the managers are well trained, well behaved and are easily communicable. I think they could improve upon 2 things A. The room that we were given was rather small and cramped. B. The restaurant could gear up in terms of availability of items marked in the menus. The staff however try their best to do a decent job. I wish the managers and the staff all the best!

The stay was amazing. The rooms were neat and tidy.service was good. Food in the restaurant was tasty and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good.the hotel is easy to approach as it is located in the heart of the city. Overall it was worth the price

Room infrastructure was good . There was strong Foul sealing smell which they said will go once AC starts. Room was suffocating... not good experience

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. They upgraded our room from Premium to Club Class, which was a pleasant surprise. The receptionist, Abin, and his colleague (whose name I unfortunately forgot) were extremely polite and helpful. They also allowed us a late checkout as per our convenience. The hotel’s facilities, infrastructure, room quality, hygiene, and cleanliness were all top-notch. The breakfast served was also quite good. Most importantly, the hotel is located in the heart of Sulthan Bathery, with major transport buses stopping right at the hotel. Highly recommended for everyone.
