Firstly, the rooms were located in a hilly region, which we really liked. The rooms were well-maintained and hygienic. As for the food, we didn’t include meals with our booking, so we didn’t eat in the room. However, we did visit the restaurant on the first floor at night. The food wasn’t quite to our taste, as we usually prefer spicier dishes, and the food here was milder. Still, we managed to adjust.

Apart from management, everything is too good. Sajith promised for blocking the room for early check-in but he forgot. I reached the hotel mayo at 5:30am but later after lot of request, they provided a room 3 hour later around 8:30am. Until then i was sitting in the reception with all the luggage. However, while checking out they were expecting me to pay early check-in price.

I had an amazing time staying at Mayo . The team there made me feel really welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy, clean, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious [it’s basically starts at 08:30 am] . It honestly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Hotel room and bathroom was very clean. Reception people also very humble.receptionist welcome us warmly. Cozy room and helpfull staff who ensure a smooth check in and check out experience. Highly recommend for family because hotel mayo was very clean and comfortable. I will give 5/5.

Very good location and hygienic first class non ac room. Car parking available at basement beside. Very limited veg food options in restaurant. Kettle for hot water and tea available. Spacious room.

Good and simple procedures for check in and check out. Rooms are also good in quality, especially the hotel mayo very easy to find because it is situated in the centre of the town

Hotel is good but bad wifi experience staff has to improve their skills regarding clearance of bill, and also serving of food in restaurant
