Review Of Hotel Mayank

Pros 1. Location is on mall road. 2. Rooms are very spacious. Cons 1. Cleanlines: dusty blankets, small cockroaches on floor, bathrooms not clean. 2. Lack of facilities: even morning tea had to be bought from outside. No towel, no arrangements to make it baby friendly even after mentioning the baby in guest list. 3. There was current in bathroom taps.

1)Room service was bad, I have demanded cool mineral water but they provide normal water in Jug. I have again requested again but they didn't provide. 2) Bed sheet and blanket both was dirty. 3) All power shocket was faulty, due to which I have not charged my mobile and laptop.

Not provided any towels, bathroom door was unable to get lock.

Needs to be more hygienic place

Nice Hotel for the Solo and family stay. Area Around it was filled with all types of shops from verity of eating to purchase. We can use online food services too.

Nothing special effort seen made for customers, just basic facilities, poor cleanliness although nice location to easily approach from bus stand. No parking. Value for money not seen. Much better are available at same rate.

It was nice room to stay Solo and also for the family. I enjoyed the moment I stayed.

Friendly behaviour by staff, in house restaurant is not available.

No ventilation in rooms and pathetic washrooms without shower and mixture. Poor service didn't even arranged tea in the morning.

On Road so its easy to get there loved the experience and food was good service was also good a friendly environment

Some of the staff members are rude.
Worst facilities, worst experience when I left the Hotel after paying the extra charges which was already been discussed they call me by saying balance is still pending.

I stay one night it was one of the best experience with Mayank beautiful view of mountains even in night also. If you love to sleep in silence so this is not recommended because you can hear allot of noises of vehicles in night.
